The Prim Prawn

Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients including fibre, potassium, vitamin e, B-vitamins, and folic acid while also a great source of good fats. Along with all the benefits from avocados, this recipe adds in a few Omega-3 rich prawns and tasty Primula Cheese for a quick, savoury recipe you can feel good about.

Primula Cheese 'n' Prawns
  • 150g tube of Primula Cheese 'n' Prawns
  • 8 large king prawns, cooked
  • 2 ripe avocados, stone removed and halved
  • A cup of breadcrumbs
  • A small handful of parsley, chopped
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat a grill to medium hot.
  • Fill the centre of each avocado half with a squeeze of Primula Cheese 'n' Prawns.
  • Spread a little extra cheese over the top of each half and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
  • Pop under the grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  • Top with a couple of prawns and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
