Smokey Paprika Quesadillas

  • 75g Cheese ‘n’ Paprika (1/2 tube)
  • 2 tortilla bread
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 3 tbsp tinned black beans
  • 3 tbsp of sweetcorn
  • 1 tsp olive oil
How you do it
How you do it
  • Place a generous layer of Cheese ‘n’ Paprika on a tortilla bread.
  • Top with cabbage, chicken, black beans, sweetcorn, and top with extra Cheese ‘n’ Paprika and put the other tortilla on top (to make sandwich).
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Fry the quesadilla on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve.
