Prima Christmas Competition – Terms & Conditions

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Kavli Ltd employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household will be considered. Entry to the draw is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official form and or on the competition website www.primula.co.uk/prima.

Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Third party and bulk entries are not allowed. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries. Entry forms will not be returned and are the property of the Promoter (Kavli Ltd). Entries must be received on or before 31st December 2010.  The prize draw will take place on 7th January 2011.

Kavli Ltd reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw. One completed entry drawn at random will receive £1,000 of High Street vouchers. The winners will be notified by post or telephone by 14th January 2011.

The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
