Pepper Batons

Makes approx 12
Ingredients
- 2 large red & yellow peppers
- 1 x 150g tube of
with chives
- Cracked black pepper & cress to garnish
Method
- Wash & dry the peppers
- Trim off the tops & bottoms
- Cut into quarters length ways
- Carefully remove seeds & pith
- Square up the ends if necessary
- Squirt a generous swirl of
ith Chives along the centre of the pepper batons
- Arrange on a serving plate & sprinkle with a little cress & cracked black pepper
