Baked Mexican Bean Dip with Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 200g Tub Primula Cheese
  • 170g Tub Fresh Salsa
  • ½ can Black Eyed Beans or Cannelloni Beans
  • 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Large Packet Tortilla Chips

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC / Gas 6.
  2. Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Line an ovenproof dish with tortilla chips and pour over the bean mixture.
  4. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes and serve straight away.
