Baked Mexican Bean Dip with Tortillas

Ingredients
- 200g Tub Primula Cheese
- 170g Tub Fresh Salsa
- ½ can Black Eyed Beans or Cannelloni Beans
- 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 Large Packet Tortilla Chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200oC / Gas 6.
- Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl.
- Line an ovenproof dish with tortilla chips and pour over the bean mixture.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes and serve straight away.
