Fusilli Pasta with Primula Deli Soft Cheese, Pesto & Toasted Pine Nuts
Serves 4

Ingredients
- 350g Fusilli Pasta 90g Pine nuts 100g Green Pesto 2 tubes Primula Deli Soft Cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Basil leaves to garnish
Method
- Cook & drain pasta as per packet instructions & return to empty pan
- While the pasta is cooking carefully toast the pine nuts, either in a non-stick pan over a medium heat or under a hot grill, until golden brown
- Squeeze the soft cheese over the pasta & add in the pine nuts, pesto & salt/pepper to taste
- Stir well to coat all the pasta
- Garnish with basil leaves & serve immediately
