Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese

Cook florets of Cauliflower and Broccoli until tender.
To make a quick and easy cheese sauce
Method
- Empty a 200g tub of Primula cheese into a saucepan and add 4 tbsp of milk.
- Gently heat until the sauce is warmed through and is smooth and creamy.
- Arrange florets of cooked broccoli and cauliflower in an oven proof dish and pour over the sauce.
- Sprinkle over a little grated cheese and place under a hot grill until browned.
For a yummy alternative, why not make the sauce with 150g Primula Cheese and Chives or Primula Cheese and Ham and 3 tbsp milk.
