King Prawn Canapes

Ingredients

• 1 X 150g pack ofcooked king prawns
• 1 x 150g tube of with Prawn
• 1 pack of Blinis or round crackers
• Mustard cress to garnish

Method

1. Drain the king prawns
2. On a Blini or cracker squeeze a generous swirl of  with Prawn
3. Place a king prawn onto the side of the cheese swirl
4. Scatter 3 or 4 cress pieces over the top to decorate
