Ham or Smoked Salmon Wheels

Makes approx 12 Wheels

Ingredients

  • 200g sandwich ham or Smoked Salmon slices
  • 1 x 150g tube of Primula Original
  • 1 small pack of fresh dill ( salmon wheels)
  • 1 small pack Parsley to decorate (ham wheels)

Method

  1. On a chopping board lay out the slices of ham or smoked salmon
  2. Pipe the cheese back & forth over the surface of the ham or smoked salmon
  3. Starting from the top edge, carefully roll the ham or smoked salmon & cheese up to make a long sausage
  4. With a very sharp knife gently cut - using a sawing action - down the roll at 2cm intervals (wiping the knife on paper towel between slices)
  5. Arrange each wheel on a serving plate
  6. Place a small sprig of parsley for the ham or dill for the smoked salmon on each wheel for decoration
