Ham or Smoked Salmon Wheels

Makes approx 12 Wheels
Ingredients
- 200g sandwich ham or Smoked Salmon slices
- 1 x 150g tube of
Original
- 1 small pack of fresh dill ( salmon wheels)
- 1 small pack Parsley to decorate (ham wheels)
Method
- On a chopping board lay out the slices of ham or smoked salmon
- Pipe the cheese back & forth over the surface of the ham or smoked salmon
- Starting from the top edge, carefully roll the ham or smoked salmon & cheese up to make a long sausage
- With a very sharp knife gently cut - using a sawing action - down the roll at 2cm intervals (wiping the knife on paper towel between slices)
- Arrange each wheel on a serving plate
- Place a small sprig of parsley for the ham or dill for the smoked salmon on each wheel for decoration
